There's an important election in June and your vote counts.
It's really a question of which party you support - the party at your local pub; the one at the local club; or perhaps it is a hotel bar that has captured your taste. The ‘election' we're talking about is for your favourite ‘Brocktail' - a cocktail made with Brockmans Gin - to be entered by bars, pubs, clubs, hotels and restaurants to celebrate World Gin Day on 10 June.
This is a fierce contest across the world as bartenders from bars everywhere are eligible; and you could win a bottle of Brockmans Gin if you take part in voting.
Bartenders from around the world
Bartenders have to enter their original and most delicious cocktail made with Brockmans. They enter via their bar's official Instagram; and then we, the public, vote. It's that simple. So you can help put the ‘Great' in Britain by making sure British bars gain the most votes.
Public voting starts at 12 noon BST on 5 June and ends at 12 noon BST on 10 June. You can vote via an interactive app accessed via Brockmans' Facebook page: facebook.com/brockmans.gin.
As well as supporting your local bar there's a chance you could win a bottle of Brockmans Gin worth £34 for yourself. Votes will be fed into an interactive leader board that can be viewed on Facebook and the Brockmans blog, with updates on Twitter.
The world-wide winner and two runners-up will be announced at 6pm BST on World Gin Day - 10 June.
Last year’s winner
Incidentally, in 2016, the winner of the Brockmans World Gin Day 2016 ‘Brocktails' competition was Gin 71, a bar in Glasgow for its Irn Bro cocktail. www.brockmansgin.com
