Oso Natural Fuel pots contain Bircher-style fruit muesli – a great source of slow release natural energy. They are made from wholegrain jumbo oats (low GI), low-fat probiotic yogurt, fresh fruit – a choice of raspberry, strawberry or mango and passion fruit as well as apple juice. Not included are artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
They are great and very sustaining: definitely no need for snacking between meals we discovered and perfect for people on the go who may not have time to have a proper meal. Our particular favourite flavour the mango and passion fruit!
