
Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, which celebrated its 30th anniversary last year and is renowned for good service, food and beverages has introduced a number of local Suffolk specialities to its four-strong ocean fleet. The company which is based in Ipswich, recognises Suffolk’s proud agricultural heritage which has resulted in a fantastic array of high-quality local produce, and is endeavouring to support local endeavours wherever possible, whilst not compromising on quality.
Sailing the high seas to the delight of passengers on-board is Stokes Sauces from Rendlesham, along with Bungay’s St Peter’s Brewery, and Southwold’s Adnams .

Stokes Sauces
Stokes Sauces, was founded in 2004 by Rick Sheepshanks who believes that food should be honest, clean and taste delicious. The award-winning company employs more than 60 people and produces over 50 different lines, including sauces, dressings, condiments and jams.
Adnams
Adnams Brewery founded in 1872, produces award-winning beers and spirits from grains grown in the fields of East Anglia. The introduction on-board of ‘Ghost Ship 4.5%’ and ‘Ghost Ship 0.5%’ adds to existing products already available, including Southwold Bitter and Copper House Gin.
St Peter’s Brewery
Another award winning company is St Peter’s Brewery founded in 1996, and based in a number of former agricultural buildings in St Peter, South Elmham, close to Bungay. The Brewery produces a number of traditional and specialty beers, including organic alcohol-free, and gluten-free ‘G-Free’, made with no malted barley and certified by Coeliac UK as an approved gluten-free product.
