The best cooked breakfast I’ve ever had.
The Full Borough: smoked streaky bacon, Roast’s own recipe sausages, fried artisan bread, Ramsay of Carluke black pudding, grilled tomatoes, field mushroom, bubble and squeak and two perfectly poached eggs. And surely one of the best views in London for a people watcher foody like me – Roast is situated in a beautifully designed glass box perched up in the ironwork roof overlooking the oldest part of bustling Borough Market. My breakfast companions both had omelettes, and reported them to be excellent too. D.H.
