We took a friend who was staying with us for lunch to the Black Horse pub at Binsted, off the A 27 between Arundel and Chichester. It is under new management and neighbours had told us that it was good.
They were right. Lovely warm welcome. The old pub has been revamped and looks invitingly clean and fresh, plenty of tables in the bar plus a side dining room. Excellent service even though it was a busy Saturday. Food nicely cooked with fresh veg served separately. Lovely views. Not much car parking space unfortunately though. Nevertheless will persevere in finding parking space as we will certainly go back, and yes, dogs are welcome in the bar area. C.T.
