Harvesting the nation’s top chefs for a Great Bath Feast
Throughout October a varied programme, with a celebrity line up that reads like a who’s who of gastronomy including Bath born and bred Mary Berry launching her new autobiography, Angela Hartnett, Nathan Outlaw, Jenny Chandler, Michael Caines, Sally Butcher, Pru Leith and Rachel Khoo, comes to Bath.
More feastival than festival the culinary calendar will get locals and visitors eating and drinking and enjoying all that the city has to offer with taste trails and chef demonstrations; street food parties and supper clubs; wine tastings and tutorials; brewery visits and baking tips; a gathering of the nation’s top cheese makers; high profile guest chefs and celebrity book signings. It’s a great opportunity to indulge and enjoy food and drink in a city which has been offering hospitality for hundreds of years.
During the festival visitors can indulge in the ‘Bath Dines Out Again’ promotion from the city’s restaurants and partake in the ‘Bath Taste Trail,’ which will flag up interesting foody shops and delis to visit and sample.
