The Chocolate Festival returns to Southbank Centre 14-16 December. Exhibitors will include Rococo, Valrhona, Original Beans, William Curley, Damian Allsop, Paul Wayne Gregory, Sir Hans Sloane, Paul A Young, L’Artisan Du Chocolat.
Visitors will not only have the opportunity to eat and shop (indulging in treats such as chocolate chilli, chocolate beer, chocolate macarons, fudge and chocolate cakes) but can chat to some of the UK’s top chocolatiers and learn about different aspects of chocolate, including health benefits, uses and how to taste like a professional.
