Situated in the heart of Burgundy La Ferme de la Lochère Cookery School is run by professional chef Katherine Frelon. With courses available for up to one week, a stay at La Ferme de la Lochère offers a variety of culinary experiences, from cooking with locally sourced ingredients and private tours of Burgundy’s most prestigious vineyards, to demonstrations at Michelin starred restaurant Le Charlemagne, dining at 3* Michelin Relais de Bernard Loiseau and trips to the Dijon market designed by one of France’s most famous architects, Gustave Eiffel. Each course is carefully developed to suit chefs of all levels.
The farmhouse itself is over 400 years old, made up of five luxury super king-sized en-suite rooms that overlook beautiful countryside.
