For the first time ever the Guild of Fine Food is opening the doors of its Great Taste Golden Forks (dubbed the ‘Oscars of the food world’) tasting to 200 food-loving members of the public to the special preview taking place at London’s Southwark Cathedral on the afternoon of Monday 5 September 2022.
Visitors will have just over two hours to taste their way through approximately 25 of the food and drink items which are up for nomination this year – some of the very best of the 14,000 products subjected to the rigorous Great Taste judging of 2022. Each tasting table will be manned by the team that actually developed the product.
Recognised as a stamp of excellence and actively sought out by food lovers and retailers alike Great Taste, organised by the Guild of Fine Food, values taste above all else. All products in the line-up for judging were blind-tasted, and further every product was removed from its packaging so it could not be identified thereby ensuring that judging was purely on taste alone.

Southwark Cathedral, London SE1 – 2.30pm – 5pm, Monday 5 September 2022. Only 200 tickets are available. Tickets cost £45 per ticket which includes a welcome drink.
