The Danish Bar at designjunction will be celebrating the best of Denmark’s design and gastronomy between 19 – 23 September. The Danish Bar which features furniture and lighting from Carl Hansen will be serving food and drinks from small Danish producers chosen by Danish winemaker Anders Selmer who was part of the team that launched Copenhagen’s renowned Noma restaurant.
Visitors will be able to enjoy the likes of beer from the award-winning Mikkeller bar, Danish wine from Lilleø, and sodas from microbrewer Peder Zacho Hansen’s Ebeltoft farm. designjunction will also see the world premiere of Peder Zacho Hansen’s colonial G&T and the first taste of his other sodas in the UK. Manning the bar will be the producers themselves, giving visitors an authentically Danish gastronomic experience.
