The London Restaurant Festival, now in its fourth year takes place 1 – 15 October. Along with old favourites are several new events such as:
Graze – a restaurant hopping concept that allows diners to enjoy a small plate and complimentary drink at a number of restaurants on the same street;
Street ThEATre taking place in the Old Vic Tunnels and will take people on a historical journey through the evolution of street food across the ages. There will be actors and performers taking part as well as poetry readings and stage music, the event will have a real theatrical feel transporting people back to a forgotten time when street food was very different. The free event will illustrate the change and diversity of food across decades and centuries. It takes place on 6 October;
Kitchen Influentials pairing some of the best known ‘master’ chefs and their protégés including Pierre Koffman / Eric Chavot; Michel Roux / Toby Stewart; Peter Gordon / Anna Hansen. For one day these amazing chefs will come together to cook an exclusive meal for American Express card holders.
