Lussmans Fish and Grill – Hertford

Three different plates of beautifully cooked fish for our evening meal at what appears to be one of, if not the only, independent restaurant in Hertford: fishcake with baby spinach & beurre blanc; salmon; and pollock with creamed leeks with a brown shrimp & tomato concasse.

Perfectly cooked by head chef Craig Sherrin and kitchen team, and attentive service under the direction of restaurant manager Hollie Smith. M.S.
