Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa located in the pristine and undisturbed Gaafu Alifu Atoll in the extreme south of the Maldives is introducing a series of seasonally and locally inspired gourmet workshops.
On hand will be the Head Chef, Chief Sommelier and Resident Marine Biologist to host master classes on the best regional cuisine, local cooking techniques and how to pair it with wine. Excursions will include visiting a local fish factory on the nearby island of Kooddoo, to witness the production and packing of the daily catch; selecting fruits and vegetables from the hydroponics gardens on Vadhoo island before a beachside barbeque; as well as being invited into a family home for a traditional lunch on the island of Gemanafushi.
